1. I can’t get into a room. After I
log in the hourglass just sits there.
Answer: If you are behind a firewall, you will need to make the
appropriate changes in order to play the game. We allow for firewall
play, however you need to know your port number in order to get into the
game. Whoever helped you set up your network system will be able to help
you choose a port number on the router or however your network is set
up. Once that is done, click on “I am behind a firewall” on the login
screen and put in the port number you chose when asked for it. You can
then log in and play the game.
2. I forgot my nickname and or password. Can you give it to me?

the top menu there is a pull down menu called "Tools." Click that and go
to "Internet options" and under the "General" tab in the middle of the
page there is "Temporary Internet Files." Click on the "delete files"
button and then try to download our game again. You will need to do this
for cookies and also for cache.

Answer: You may have an old version of B2K Bingo on your computer. If
you do, try removing your current (or the old) version of B2K Bingo from
your computer. Uninstall your current version by clicking on "start"
then "settings." Click on "add/remove programs" and highlight B2K Bingo
and click "add/remove" button. After you've uninstalled go to "my
computer" then C drive, program files, delete the B2K Bingo folder
there. You can then to go the website at www.b2kbingo.com and click on
play and it'll reinstall the game for you so you can play.
5. An “error” notice keeps popping up; I can’t get in; the game won’t
let me on; etc. If you have a brief question like these they’re too
vague for us to help you.
Answer: We need for you to please give us more details as to what is
happening. We need to know what you have tried, what the computer
says/does? Do you have a firewall? Are you on an at home network? If you
are, then how is your network connected to the internet? What operating
system are you running? Have you cleared all your cookies and cache
lately?
The more details you give us as to what the problem is and about your
personal computer and set-up, the better we will be able to help you.
Anything that has to do with your specific problem and what is going on,
the better.
6. How do you turn off the music?
The music is a midi file. Open your volume control (right click on the
speaker on taskbar, located at lower right hand of your desktop). Mute
